Generally, most products takes 1-5 business days to reach you, Depending on your location. You will be able to track your order details, once you login to your account. Our customer care would also be able to help you with more details about the order, where necessary.

We deal only with the brands. Ayushi Density directly fetch the products from the original manufacturers to fulfill your dental requirements. Thus only a genuine product is shipped when ordered.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries.
Credit Cards – We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
Debit Cards – We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
We accept payment through Internet Banking, UPI, COD and wallets like- Paytm, Mobikwick, Phonepe etc
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address and the password. If your payment still fails, you can use the Bank Transfer payment option, if available on the payment page. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank

In this rarest or rare occasion because of some issues with the payment gateway, you may have received a debit amount message from your bank but the credit is not visible to us. This is because some payment takes 24-48 business hours to get settled completely. Please wait for sometime, your patience and support is highly appreciated.

With Ayushi Density’s credit card EMI option, you can choose to pay in easy installments of 3, 6, 9, 12 monts with credit cards from the following banks:
Central Bank Of India , Corporation Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Bank, YES Bank, Ratnakar Bank Limited.
There is NO processing fee charged for availing Ayushi Density’s EMI payment option. On return or exchange, interest charged by the bank till that time will not be refunded by Ayushi Density.
You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.

If you are not comfortable making online payments, you can choose the Cash on Delivery payment option to pay for your purchases.
Once you enter your location information in the order page, Cash-on-Delivery becomes a possible payment mode, if you are in one of the locations, where the service is available. You can simply choose COD as the payment mode at this point and finalize your order.

We’ve made order placing procedures easy for our customers. You only need to follow these 5 simple steps-
Step 1: Selection of the product

Step 2: Checkout when item selection is completed

3. If you have a Coupon or Promo code, apply before clicking on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
Step 3: Login/Sign Up your Ayushi Density account.
A pop-up window will appear if you are not logged in
1. Choose Login if you already have an account ;
2. Choose to Sign Up if you want to make an account
Step 4: Complete shipping and billing information
1. Fill in the complete delivery address & other important details
2. Select the preferable mode of payment
3. Click on the PLACE ORDER button
Step 5: Confirmation on Purchase
An order confirmation message will appear on the screen along with all the order details like order ID, along with the email confirmation.

As per company & logistic partner’s policy, open delivery is not allowed and thus, a shipment can’t be opened before the entitled amount has been paid to the delivery person.

- We are sorry to know you haven’t received your parcel yet. Our aim is to meet the delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force major events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Please get in touch with our customer care to get your order cancelled. In cases where the order has not been shipped, the same will be cancelled immediately. In cases where the order has already been shipped, please do not accept the shipment when it arrives.

Orders generally get shipped within 1-2 days. Shipping could be initiated as early as an hour within the order time.
In cases where the cancellation request reaches us before the shipping gets initiated, there will be no cancellation charges. In cases where shipping has been initiated, a cancellation charge of Rs 50 shall apply.

Ayushi Density takes the utmost care in packing your orders and uses reliable logistics partners to carry your shipments. But, in the rare instance of a damaged shipment, please do not accept the delivery of the same.
Immediately on declining the delivery, please contact our customer care and inform about the same. Ayushi Density Support team will help you in finding an alternate solution – shipping of a replacement or cancellation of the order.

In cases of post-paid (Cash-on-Delivery or Credit) orders, the cancellation charge if any, would apply on your next purchase.
In cases of pre-paid orders (online payments), on cancellation, your remaining amount will get refunded to you through the same payment mode which you had used for the transaction.
In case of non-shipped orders, the refund will be processed, on confirmation of cancellation by the Customer Support team.
In cases of orders which have already been shipped, cancellation gets confirmed once the products are received back at Ayushi Density’s office. On confirmation of the same, the refund will get processed.

Ayushi Density allows for returns, for 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The products will have to be in its original condition for the same. Return shipping charges shall apply on all returns.
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
However, the same is not applicable on products which have been specially procured against the order. In such cases, the Ayushi Density team will notify the same to you immediately.
In case you want to return a product, please contact our customer care.
Ayushi Density Support team will help you in scheduling a pick-up for the returned product, from your place. In cases where the return shipment cannot be facilitated by Ayushi Density, you may be asked to ship the product to our address directly.

Yes, it is possible to cancel/return only a part of your order. Please get in touch with our customer care to initiate a partial cancellation/return request.
Ayushi Density Support team will confirm the acceptance of your returns, on receiving the products back at Ayushi Density’s office.
On confirmation of the same, your refund will be processed. The refund amount shall be paid back to you through the same payment mode, which you had used for making the payment. The same will be processed within 7-10 days from the date of refund confirmation.
