Ribbond THM Fiber Splint is a versatile ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber reinforcement material designed to strengthen and support a variety of dental restorations and clinical applications. It combines high fracture resistance with flexibility, making it suitable for procedures where reinforcement, adaptation, and aesthetics are important.
Its patented cross-link lock-stitch leno weave helps distribute functional forces throughout the reinforced structure while minimizing stress concentration within the surrounding resin. The fiber’s flexible nature allows it to closely follow tooth contours and adapt to interproximal areas without significant rebound or unraveling, supporting convenient and precise placement.
